Orders from platforms outside the supported set are charged as unverifiable third-party platforms at 10% of the order value — and that rate is identical at every VIP tier from VIP0 to VIP6 and above, so loyalty does not reduce it. It is also not refunded if you cancel an item that has been bought but not yet shipped.

Why this matters more here than on most sites: a large share of replica sellers trade on Weidian. If your basket is Weidian-heavy, the agent that advertises 0% commission is charging you 10% on the orders you actually place. The site clearly expects Weidian traffic — its front-end code contains image-rewriting rules for Weidian and Youzan image hosts, so links do resolve — but expecting it and supporting it at 0% are different things.

That parcel is 24,000cm³, which becomes 4.8kg at a 5000 divisor, 4.0kg at 6000 and 3.0kg at 8000 — against 2kg of actual weight. On a box that shape, the divisor decides your bill and the headline rate barely participates. Its published policy table gives divisors per line, and a few are genuinely unusual: SF Ecommerce Express-CD at /7000, Mainland China SF Delivery at /12000. Two are conditional on destination — the tax-free EU and US air line uses /8000 for the UK and Germany but /6000 elsewhere, and YunExpress air cargo uses /6000 for Canada and /8000 everywhere else. Several EMS-family lines apply a divisor only if one side is 60cm or longer, and otherwise bill on actual weight; EUB bills on actual weight except for US parcels with a side of 40cm or more.

The weight increments are not uniform either

The step size a line rounds up to is the second lever, and it varies more here than on most agents. Across the quotes we pulled, first weight units ranged from 200g to 3,000g and additional increments from 100g to 500g. One German line charges its first 3,000g as a single block. A US postal line bills its first 200g then adds per 100g. A parcel landing slightly over a block boundary pays for a full block of air on one line and a tenth of that on another.

What a real quote looked like

Germany came out materially cheaper than the United States on an identical box — CN¥263 against CN¥314 at the floor, and CN¥410 against CN¥763 for a fast tracked service. Its own terms warn that breaching the limits can mean the parcel is returned, forced into a formal export declaration at your cost, or seized. Separately, one US postal line is tagged as prepaid VAT with a 22% duty prepayment built into the rate and a hard rule that parcels declared at USD 135 or more are not accepted.

Three details in there are worth pulling out. Package removal is free and explicitly includes shoe boxes, which is a real freight saving on footwear. Brand tag removal is offered free, with the site’s own warning attached — it says the service may lower the chance of the parcel being taxed, but may affect the look of the product and carries a risk that you cannot return or exchange it. And the packing video expires 30 days after upload, so if you want it as evidence, download it rather than bookmark it.

On storage: 90 days free inside a 180-day total, a reminder at 150 days, and abandonment at 180. The trap is the unmatched parcel — goods that arrive with no order submitted against them get only 60 days, and the site states that it cannot send a reminder for those. If you ever have a seller ship directly to the warehouse without going through the order flow, that is the clock running against you silently.

Notably, the site footer names no entity at all, its privacy policy and terms of service name no entity, and its own “About Us” page returns a 404 while still being linked from the homepage navigation. That is materially less disclosure than CSSBuy, which puts a named company and registration number in its footer.

What the technical evidence shows: a strong and independently checkable link to Superbuy. AllChinaBuy’s live freight API returns carrier logos hosted overwhelmingly on Superbuy’s own image CDN rather than its own. Its JavaScript names its own build environment SUPERBUY. It sets a login referral cookie named for Superbuy. Both sites ship an identically structured bundle under the same vendor prefix. And AllChinaBuy’s own code describes BuckyDrop as its sister brand — while BuckyDrop’s footer carries the same Hong Kong registered address as the company Superbuy discloses. Its help centre even leaks: two articles refer to the user’s account and exchange rate as ACBuy’s, un-rebranded from a sibling.

What is not established: a shared legal owner. The UK entity named on the contact page has no publicly filed connection to Superbuy’s Hong Kong company — no shared officer, no shared filing. So the honest summary is: one platform, one engineering team, several storefronts, and deliberately opaque corporate ownership. Practically, that means you should not assume that a guarantee or a dispute outcome on one brand carries to another, and you should not assume the newer UK company’s incorporation date reflects how long the operation has existed — it does not.

7. A live caveat before you plan around payments — what this AllChinaBuy review found

Card payments are documented at 5% plus USD 0.30. An older help article puts PayPal at around 10% plus USD 0.30, which is far above the card rate and may simply be stale — check it rather than budget for it. Bank and telegraphic transfer normally carry no fee from AllChinaBuy itself.
