One caveat we would rather flag than hide: the same homepage carried a notice titled "Free warehousing time update notification", which is the kind of announcement that changes a storage window. Read the current number on the agent's own site before planning a haul around it.

Here is the thing worth taking away from this page. Agents do not fly parcels — they buy freight from lines and resell it. So the interesting comparison is not "is this agent cheap", it is what terms does each individual line use. Two numbers in that table decide more of your bill than the headline rate does:
- The volumetric divisor. Air freight charges whichever is greater, real weight or box volume divided by the line's divisor. A higher divisor is better for you: the same box is charged as less weight. A 40 × 30 × 25 cm box is 6 kg on a 5000 divisor, 3.75 kg on 8000 and 3.3 kg on 9000. If you are shipping shoe boxes or a puffer, the divisor is the single most valuable thing on the line card — and the Brazil line above, priced on actual weight, is effectively an infinite divisor.
- The increment. Lines charge in blocks, not continuously. The Germany line above adds $6.69 per 500g block; the Poland line adds $1.49 per 100g. A parcel that lands 60g over a block boundary pays for a whole extra block. On small hauls the increment can matter more than the rate.

Two of the three lines above have Tariffless in the name. It is worth being precise about what that does and does not mean, because it is the single most misread word on an agent checkout screen.
A tariffless or DDP line describes a commercial arrangement: duties and import taxes are handled within the freight price rather than billed to you at the door. It is not a legal exemption. No carrier can switch off a destination country's import rules, and the tax does not stop existing because it was bundled.
That distinction got sharper five weeks ago. The European Union abolished its €150 customs-duty relief on 1 July 2026, replacing it for a transition period with a flat €3 duty per product category applied only in defined circumstances — and agent parcels are frequently not in those circumstances. Meanwhile import VAT has applied from the first euro since 2021. So any guide still telling you that parcels under €150 arrive duty-free is describing a system that no longer exists.
