The old name is still hard-coded into the live site. And joyabuy.com itself no longer resolves: a DNS-over-HTTPS lookup on 3 August 2026 returned a server failure with the note that there is no reachable authority at the joyabuy.com delegation — the domain's nameservers are not answering.
So this is one platform under two names, not two agents to weigh against each other. The practical consequences:
- Every Joyabuy link in an old spreadsheet, forum post or Discord pin is dead. Not slow, not redirected — unresolvable. If your finds list is more than a year old, that column needs converting.
- Reviews of "Joyabuy" describe this platform. Useful for history, but the terms will have moved on, so date-check anything you read.
- Do not run a Joyagoo vs Joyabuy comparison. Pages offering one are generating text, not checking anything.

The shipping estimator is public. No account, no email, no verification — pick a destination, enter a weight, get a list of lines with prices, transit estimates and per-line terms. That matters more than it sounds, because the single biggest lever on an agent bill is which line you ship on, and most agents only reveal that after you have registered and already paid for goods.

Quoted 3 August 2026 for 1000 g, no dimensions entered. Several lines note that length, width and height are still required — volumetric weight can push the final figure above these numbers on a bulky box. Rates change; re-quote before relying on any of this.
Three things that table tells you — as this Joyagoo review reads it
- The spread within one agent is 2.2×. Same parcel, same day, same agent: $16.56 at the bottom, $36.98 at the top. Whatever the differences between agents are, they are smaller than the difference between two lines on this one screen. Choosing the line matters more than choosing the agent.
- Slow is not cheap here. This is the finding worth taking away. PostNL-Z-T quotes 15–30 days at $34.71 and CD-AIR quotes 15–30 days at $36.58 — both slower and more than twice the price of UK-RoyalMail-P at 10–17 days for $16.56. Two of the eight options are beaten on both axes by another option on the same screen. The usual instinct that you trade time for money simply does not apply, so scanning the list and taking something from the middle is a bad strategy.
- Every price shown is a post-coupon price. Each line displayed a list rate alongside a "Coupon: Save" figure, and in all eight cases the saving was exactly 25 per cent. That is not a criticism — both numbers are shown — but it does mean the headline figure assumes a discount applies to your order. Compare like with like when you quote another agent: their number may be a list price.
"Free insurance" is a line setting, not a promise — from this Joyagoo review
Free Insurance is one of four features Joyagoo puts on its own homepage, next to registration coupons, image search and its Discord. It is real. It is also per line, and the table above shows why that matters: three of eight lines carried the badge, and five did not.
The five without it are not quiet about it. Their own line descriptions open with wording like "no free insurance, customers need to buy their own insurance". One goes considerably further. The EUB line's own text states that it has "no inquiry and any after-sales service, and there is no compensation for lost parts", and advises against sending high-value goods on it.
Read that in the right spirit. A line that tells you plainly it will not compensate you for a lost parcel is being more honest than one that says nothing. The problem is not disclosure — it is that a shopper who picked this agent because the homepage said free insurance can select a line that quietly does not include it. The check takes two seconds and nobody does it: look for the badge on the line you are about to pay for, not on the homepage.
The same applies to the duty-free labelling. Lines marked Tax Free handle import duty inside the freight price; the ones without it say customers "clear customs and pay taxes on their own". Neither is a legal exemption — no carrier can switch off a country's import rules, and the EU abolished its €150 duty relief on 1 July 2026, replacing it with a flat €3 per product category in defined circumstances. Two gaps, stated rather than papered over.
The service fee. Joyagoo's help centre lists an article titled "Shopping Agent Fee Explanation". Clicking it on 3 August 2026 redirected to the login page. Third-party sites do circulate percentages for this agent, but they are unsourced and they disagree with one another, so we are not adding a fourth unverified number to that pile. The figure that binds anyone is the one on your own checkout. If a fee you cannot read before registering is a dealbreaker, that is a fair reason to look elsewhere — and better to know now.
The storage window. Joyagoo's footer links a Storage help article, and it sits in the same logged-out section. Free storage length is the number that decides whether consolidation actually works for you, so read it on the agent's own site once you have an account, before you plan a haul around it.
Where Joyagoo is weak — the Joyagoo review finding
- Terms are scattered across lines rather than stated once. Insurance, duty handling, after-sales and compensation all vary per line. That is honest, but it puts the work on you, and it means no single sentence describes what you get.
- Key policy pages are behind a login. Fees and storage should be readable before registration. They are not.
- The old name is still in the plumbing. A live site calling its own API with a retired brand name is cosmetic, but it is the sort of thing that leaves users confused about whether Joyabuy still exists — and, as above, it does not.
